Frequently Asked Questions

Standard international shipping typically requires a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BOL) or Air Waybill (AWB), and a Certificate of Origin. Depending on the cargo type and country regulations, additional permits, licenses, or customs power of attorney may be needed.

Freight rates are based on the higher of the actual weight or volumetric weight. For air cargo, the volume ratio is typically 1:6000 (1 cbm = 167 kg). For ocean freight, it is based on cubic meters (CBM) or weight tons (1 cbm = 1,000 kg for LCL shipments).

FCL (Full Container Load) means you lease an entire container (20ft or 40ft) exclusively for your goods. LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidates multiple shipments from different shippers inside a shared container, making it ideal and cost-effective for smaller volumes.

Yes, we offer comprehensive Marine Cargo Insurance. This covers loss or damage to your goods from external causes during transit, loading, and unloading. We highly recommend transit insurance, as standard carrier liabilities are legally limited.
